This is probably the nicest B and B place I've stayed in - it felt like a really homely and luxurious treat! Tim and his wife Biddy were incredibly welcoming and there were so many thoughtful and unique touches. If you are staying in the Salisbury area, you should definitely stay here!

DEPOSITS and CANCELLATIONS
A deposit equal to 50% of one night’s stay per room booked, is required to guarantee a reservation. Seven days notice of cancellation is required for refund. Please note we’re a small business and rely mostly on forward bookings, so cancellations can have a significant impact on us. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded unless we are able to re-let the room. We advise that you have travel insurance to cover you. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
We are a non smoking house and please no e-cigarettes.
We have two cats and cannot accept pets
Children over 10 are welcome.
As there are lots of places to eat in Salisbury we do not allow food to be consumed in the rooms.

CHECK IN AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in is usually after 16.00 (but with notice we can arrange an earlier time) and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 on day of departure.
